⠀⠀⠀⠀PARallele™ HLA Software is designed for HLA typing when creating registers of bone marrow donors using PARallele™ HLA solution v3. The program automatically performs quality control and data analysis to generate a list of identified alleles.
⠀⠀⠀⠀PARallele™ Software implements a role-based user system: laboratory assistant – loads data into the application and evaluates the quality of launches; supervisor – validates the genotypes of the samples and exports the results. Integrated specialist support allows the processing of complex samples and confirmation of new alleles.
⠀⠀⠀⠀Since it is deployed in the cloud, the software does not require the user's own computing power.

⠀⠀⠀⠀The data upload interface allows the importation of sequencing results and initialisation information. The assay can be run simply by entering the reagent batch number. All files can be uploaded via the "select file" button or simply by dragging and dropping the relevant file into the active field.
